HIGH SCHOOL WINTER RETREAT
Details
All high schoolers (9th-12th grade) are invited to join us for our 2026 High School Winter Retreat! This will be a multi-church event and we are so excited to dive into the word and grow in community together (and have a lot of fun in the process)! Below are all of the important details you need to know:
When: Friday, January 2- Sunday, January 4
*Churches will communicate individually about what time your students will leave/depart together for this event!
Where: Sky Ranch Horn Creek
Westcliffe, CO
What: Winter Retreat is a weekend full of laughter, fun, games, food, fellowship, worship, and more!
Registration: Please register your student online by clicking the blue/green "Register" button on this page by 11:59pm on Sunday, December 21!
*Each church has their own ticket type. Please register your student under the correct ticket type to help us organize each group. Thank you!
Cost: $20 deposit required to hold each person's spot (this deposit will go towards to total ticket cost). Final Payments Due January 2!
Pine Valley Church Students/Leaders- $200/per person
***This cost includes all food, lodging, and activities for the weekend, as well as some fun swag! The additional amount being asked for will go towards travel costs and lunch for Friday & Sunday!
All Other Students/Leaders- $185/per person
***This cost includes all food, lodging, and activities for the weekend, as well as some fun swag! Your church will communicate about any additional costs for travel/meals during travel as needed!
Phone-Free Event: High School Winter Retreat is a phone free event! Students are allowed to have their phones/smart watches/personal devices for travel to/from Winter Retreat. Upon arrival at Sky Ranch on Friday, youth pastors will collect devices and they will be returned to students before departure on Sunday.
Youth Pastors and other adult leaders will be available to contact in case of an emergency. Our heart behind a phone free event is to help create an environment where students can disconnect from the noise of this world and deeply connect with the Lord and His Voice. We thank you for your support and help in this effort!
Additional Info: Your youth pastors (Pastor Tommy) will be following up with additional information about travel, packing, and the weekend as we get closer to the event.
